I made friends with a cool new friend on myspace, and she agreed to compete with me in a blogging duel.
The "Duel!" section on www.johnqcasual.com has been pretty empty, so it's great to finally get another entry on there. If you're not familiar with "Duel!", it's kind of like Iron Chef, but with comedy. Also it's more boring. We find a third party to come up with a topic or theme(sort of like the secret ingredient on Iron Chef). The contestants then write a blog about it, and then readers vote on the funniest one.
The topic this time is "Get Over It, You Big Pussy". I was skeptical when I heard that topic, but I think the blogs turned out great. I had been trash-talking all week, but my competitor Soogat came through with a very funny blog. She should easily win, unless all of the readers of this website are unfairly biased towards me.

Soogat is funny but I laughed more out loud when reading yours. I just don't like reading that "P" word so much. Its icky.t

P.S. This statement had me laughing hysterically:
The only reason she became my friend was because she thought I was "so strong and brave" for being the school's only openly gay male. (That was just a rumor that had gotten out of control.)
